Lucy's Brazilian Kitchen (Provo). To be fair, there weren't a lot of customers
when I'd go at lunchtime before the pandemic, so I don't know if they were "thriving" per-se (no idea how busy they were at dinnertime or on weekends). Regardless, I'm pretty sure the pandemic is what killed them off.
