Dike is a better offensive player. His work rate is improving, and he still needs to get better in distribution. But he is just a beast in attack. Sargent has an outstanding work rate, and has great defensive capabilities from the 9. So he is a kill off a game striker. Can score, but helps in defense really well.

I think they complement each other pretty well. Good options.
