purchased by someone else and returned. It still had the original purchaser's shipping label/address on the product box as well as a return sticker and it had clearly been opened and resealed.

I am not giving something like that as a wedding gift so I requested a return and replacement with identical item. Hopefully, the replacement will not be another return.

I have definitely seen Amazon's service degrading overall the last few months.
