some things were bizarre (honey on the prosciutto & melone!! for example). Definitely way overpriced.
At Osteria Amore the antipasti were all good, especially the Coppa di Paranzo (fried calamari etc served exactly how I had them in Palermo). For the primi, the Sapori di Mare was outstanding (I love seafood), but everyone in the group, also Italian food snobs, liked their choices too (gnocchi, carbonara, tagliatelle alla bolognese). Didn't try the secondi, but will next time.
The cook and half the staff are italiani and I noticed several groups of italiani eating there, which is always a good sign.
