I could be wrong but I thought I remembered reading this was permanent and in
installed instead of light rail. That was one of the options and they opted for the bus lanes instead. I was really hoping they chose light rail instead.

Oh and the University of Utah is incapable of handling a sold out crowd. Funneling 50,000 people through one gate!
