You misunderstand.
If you're going to do public transportation, do it correctly. Make it more convenient so people actually use it. Match routes to where and when people actually want to go. Uber gets used for a reason and UTA doesn't for a reason. (complete incompetence)
How UTA is currently managed is completely wasteful.

Oh and the University of Utah is incapable of handling a sold out crowd. Funneling 50,000 people through one gate!
