Was just thinking the same thing. Went on a walk through the neighborhood.

Average home price is about $300k and average home income is probably $50-60k yet 70% of the houses had a nice truck less than 5 years old parked out front.

I don’t get it either. Here I am driving a 14 year old car with 170k miles like a total loser.
