We're in year 2 of the La Nina weather pattern at the moment. Cooler than average ocean temps in the Pacific are
restricting the amount of moisture that makes landfall. Supposedly, ocean temps have been hovering close to normal this summer. It would be nice to have a wet fall and winter to fill our reservoirs again.
