So just like when we lost Coach Hawkins and hired our OC to be a first-time head

coach. He hired a 29-year-old DC and a 29-year-old OC. I heard the same things back then. We didn't stand a chance. It was going to take years for this staff to mature. Teams were finally going to get revenge on us.

What happened? Undefeated season and Fiesta Bowl OT win over Oklahoma.

The truth is that nobody knows a thing about this coaching staff's edge. One thing I do know is that Andy is a player's coach and he'll have the guys ready.
