wants to be the company that sets self-driving back because they killed a pedestrian (ahem....Uber). Eventually we'll have to get to a point that we recognize that self-driving cars will kill people because people high on meth (or whatever) wander into traffic on the interstate. It's more the ethical than the technical that makes this hard. People kill people in cars every day and we go "meh", but if a "robot" kills a person, the apocalypse has begun!
