Unfortunately, I have pretty bad teeth overall - which over time has led to 2-3 crowns, and I'm guessing I've got more teeth that have been drilled and filled than teeth that haven't been.

So I probably need to ask the new guys opinion on the adjacent teeth before going with an implant - but that's the direction I'm leaning.
