Question for those that have experience with a work-from-home structure?
How does your company monitor productivity/performance? Is there any sort of system in place that helps management keep tabs on productivity?
My company is talking about piloting with my team, but want us to submit ideas for this. Ugh.

We track our tasks with Jira (and Asana before switching to Jira).

Ours would monitor for "activity" through TEAMS. Probably the least useful metric.
