My job was 80% WFH and 20% client visits before the pandemic. Switched to 99% WFH during the pandemic. It will likely be 90/10 going forward because some of my clients prefer remote visits.
What I do is a combination of case management, facilitating, and quality assurance. It has set types of tasks I need to complete each month. Those tasks are my "metrics" and are easy to confirm/verify.
