SEC isn't going to expand. There's a pact between UGA, FL, SC, aTM, to not vote
for adding any schools from the same state as existing SEC members. Mizzou and Arkansas also will vote no, so that's 6 out of 14 teams who are guaranteed no votes for expansion with Texas and OU. They need 11 yes votes. This is DOA, and is probably just a negotiating ploy by the two teams to try to gain concessions from the B12
