The Big 12 should have done this a counter-strike after losing Colorado.
Utah would have just used it for leverage and still gone to the Pac-12, but it would have left the old Pac-10 with 11 teams and not a lot of options for 12 (Boise?)

If the B12 was able to add BYU, Utah, Colorado, and Nebraska that would be a strong conference even without UT/OU.
