Large property lots and more rural than most of LA county.

Saugus has good schools and not too bad if a commute if you want to be in LA county. But tehachapi is great especially if you like outdoor activities. It’s close to a lot of the Sierra Nevada outdoor activities. Skiing in mammoth. Hiking camping off roading there’s a nice lake near it. There’s a lot of opportunities for fun in that area. I go up to lake hume and shaver lake once a year for camping and off Roading.

I worked in California city right after my mission and most of my conworers lived in tehachapi.
