Would be surprised if B1G made a move, but not ACC

Their tv deal is locked in until 2036 which already pays the lowest amount per school. They can tear it up with membership changes.

While they have rejected WVin the past, WVU is a tier 1 research institution now. They weren’t at the time of the first round of expansion. Maybe they invite WV just to get a new deal.
