Leftovers B12 would have the least variance from top-to-bottom of any P5

The bottom third of the LB12 (leftover B12) would consistently beat the lower third of every other P5 conference. The top tier of the LB12 would be the weakest of any P5 conference, but there would essentially be no dead weight (aside from Football Kansas should they stay).

Basketball would be a top 5 basketball conference.

Agree on everything but point 4. Memphis does not help any conference expand IMO

yep, but over time some teams will rise to the top or sink to the bottom
