I read Lydia Jacoby moved to Anchorage during the pandemic to work at an Olympic sized pool during the pandemic and shaved three seconds off her time from 2019. She went from #19 in the world to gold medalist.
How did these other athletes handle the disruption of the pandemic? The disruption to their access to facilities, coaches, psychologists, etc?
