Her scores were missed and likely cost the team the gold when other scores that normally would have been dropped were forced to count.


Now, we don’t know that. It’s possible that she was so messed up mentally that she would have only stumbled through everything and had the lowest scores anyway.


But she wasn’t replaced. Her leaving could in no way have given the team a better chance.
