I think he's not right. Yes the PAC all beat up on each other, but some program in the ACC or SEC or B1G or Big 8 always dominates enough to end the season with only 1 loss, maybe none. The PAC really is a bunch of better than average to good teams and no dominating yearly program that goes 12-1. If USC or Oregon were a little better, up there like an Alabama or a Clemson, then the PAC would get more berths. But if you have 12 teams all capable of defeating one another on any given day, well there are as Kile says no "gimmes" but it also shes that P5's making the final 4 still had at least one dominant team.
