Sorry you're going through this. Don't best yourself up about it.
I know it's easy to blame ourselves when our kids fall short of our hopes and aspirations for them. I'm sure you did the best you could.
I think keeping communication open and being a good example without trying to double down and force a teenager to comply will lead to the best results long term. Good luck.
