What was really cool was iowa state's student body president's response to the
student council voting to have us not included. His response was he believed the right course of action was to include us. Thought the best way to bring about change in an institution you disagree with is to associate with them and hope to be a good influence. Or something along those lines.
His response was the exact opposite of the hypocrisy you see in the world of those who claim to be tolerant.

It was in a tweet. Wish i could remember where I saw it. If anyone knows that would be awesome
