Maybe the golfers behind them should be allowed to start making monkey noises, dancing around without their shirts on well throwing golf balls in the air. (All in the name of increasing pace of play.)
Also something to increase game play, instead of walking all golfers are required to now run. At least a fast jog, and if caught power walking it will be a 2 stroke penalty.
