Boise State didn't even move up to division I-A until 1996. The first 5
years of that they did okay, but in the mighty Big West conference and with regular losses. Are you seriously claiming that the 30 years before 2001, when they finally were accepted into the WAC, as evidence of 50 years of success?
Boise State has had 20 years of success at most. 15 is more realistic because the last 5 have been middling.
