No, that was only if they put a huge, massive scoreboard in like the one at U TX
If they put in one like that, for example, then they would have to redo the foundation below to support such a behemoth scoreboard/videoboard.
The one they are installing, while bigger than the last one, still isn't a problem with the existing foundation.
