Usain Bolt isn't even elite at the 400.
Lebron isn't elite at football. Maybe they would be elite in those things if they trained and went a different direction. There's probably a reason most people don't do everything all at the same time though. You train for one thing and it takes away from other things. The body type that is required to be elite is completely different for a sprint vs a distance race vs a throw vs the pole vault.
