under the recall they have for that year. Anyone else dealt with this or something like this before? Is it pretty seamless, or are there certain things I should be asking or saying to them?

It isn't our favorite car at this point because it has some outdated features compared to the newer market. A part of me hopes they make me an offer that's a few thousand dollars above KBB that I can just put towards something nicer and newer.
