It would be a few years before the new members are “whole” revenue members. The negotiated fraction was probably based on the difference in desperation between the BIG-12 and the new members to align.

No. Utah was coming in on a new contract, and only got a fractional share.

Agree, but some have longer ramp up due to needing assistance in their buy outs
