Now that they do not have a vote it is possible for the 8 to vote on a different distribution and with OU/TX no longer having a vote they could possibly do that.

Lower OU/TX to even (or lower) not increase the 8 and there is money there for the 4 (probably not full shares but possibly close).

Another option is lower/eliminate distribution to OU/TX, increase the 8 and small shares to new 4.

Any new 4 that need help with out clauses from conf or contracts should get less if B12 helps them there. If some do and one does not then that one should ramp up to full shares quicker than the others that needed help...
