When hurricane katrina hit, seems like the market was hit with a number of
Vehicles coming out of the south that had been completely flooded out.
Last hurricane I bet will be no different. Lots of flooding in the last month and lots of vehicles h derwater
While I still think used is the way to go, watch out for cars that seem unusually cheap.
