they are a good deal depends on what market you are in. They beat everyone here in as Vegas when I bought my cars. I understand they are not as competitive in other markets where cars are cheaper.

They are a great way to buy a car. Figure out which model you want, pull that one up and get to compare 20+, find one that is the exact year, mileage, features, and price you want. Once you buy one they bring it straight to your house and you can return it for up to a week. It's the longest test drive ever. If you change your mind you just let them know and they come pick it up. I would not buy a car any other way.
