Planning on taking the family to Japan for 2 weeks this coming summer, followed by 1 week in S. Korea. We've never been to any Asian country, and none of us speak a word of Japanese, or Korean. (we are going to China for Spring Break so 2022 is going to be a lot of Asian countries but who knows what Covid may shut down)
Kids will be 17, 15 and 12. 2 days at Disney parks of the roughly 14 in Japan is a no-brainer for my Disney loving kids. Suggestions for other things to do? We are open to going anywhere, and definitely don't want to stay in Tokyo the whole time. (we pretty much like everything - hiking, we're all scuba certified, water, beaches, museums, walking tours, cool restaurants, day tours, etc)
Right now all we have booked is the flight to and then leaving, so a 2 week blank slate. Those of you who have been, suggestions please?
Anybody have suggestions for 1 week in S. Korea?
Thanks all - this next 12 months is going to be a lot of family travel for us and CB has been great with ideas in the past.
