I bet the make a wish foundation will look to release him and he may lose a large marketing contract or two or more. Companies are ruthless. They don't want their logo with a guy like this, and I don't blame them.

I'm trying not to be hyperbolic and ONLY my opinions, but this is the way I see it. He has put himself in a terrible situation. At no point was making a shirt like that a good idea. And to brush it off thinking it will fade is ludicrous on his part. Maybe in 1990 but not in 2021.
