I have zero guilt pushing the "no tip" button on the screen. I'm not going to
pay you to do your base level job, that's what your company does.
On the flip side, if it's a service related job, I'm more than happy to tip generously when quality of service warrants it. I almost always tip 20% at a restaurant.
