Yes. Was there in the front when it happened. Ticket officers did not scan ROC
passes for probably a good 15 minutes after the gates opened. And the ROC was absolutely packed. I arrived at about 4:45pm and I was only able to get row 32 of the south endzone. Usually when I get there 3 1/2 hours before game time I'm able to get row 10-12.
It was the most packed I have ever personally seen the ROC. Every seat was filled within 1 1/2 hours before kickoff.

Happened on the South East side as well. Had people jumping the fence as well. Poor ticket takers couldn't stop them.
