I was pointing that out to my dad at the Utah game. They’re probably about ten feet apart all across the top. I just don’t know that they’ve been all synced together properly.

Yes, I think they're trying to make it so the noise travels south towards campus and not north into the neighborhood

Pretty sure what you saw was wifi antennas. Only speakers are in the north end.
