For me Delivery guys start with a moderate tip ($10 each for a couch, mattress, appliance, etc.). So long as they don’t do anything stupid (like scrape the floor or put a hole in the wall), that doesn’t go away.

When I pick up an online pizza order, though…I’m not tipping. That was your whole job…making that pizza.

I’m also not going to tip the grocery bagger, the person in the McDonald’s drivethru, or the doctor that successfully operates…that’s the job.
