There’s really no reason that they can’t have a similar type of program as Florida State (minus the Natties, which FSU wouldn’t have had were they to have played modern Bama or Clemson those years). Orlando is a more talent-rich area than Tallahassee, UCF has a higher enrollment than FSU, and even with the disparity in resources UCF has thrived the last five years while FSU has struggled.
I think BYU and Cinci are probably similar in terms of ceiling. Houston is the least appealing of the four and will have the hardest time adjusting.
