Imo I think he's paid just fine with his extension
Ponying up for good assistants is the key to Sitake staying a successful coach. Aaron Roderick/Fesi Sitake seem to be important coaches. Ed Lamb / Tuiaki too.
Ed Lamb says some weird things every once in a while but he seems like a crucial member of the staff that we need to keep around. I like what he has done with the DBs and I think in general he helps Sitake stay organized.
I think BYU also needs to invest more in scouting and recruiting staff similar to how the big boys do it. The key to Sitake being successful is the apparatus around him IMO - and that's true of most coaches.
