but I don't think it is Kalani's pocket where that money needs to go. My instinct is Kalani is fine with his personal compensation but if BYU balks at his recommendations of where to spend more money (assistant salaries, back office systems, recruiting budgets and facilities) to help him to be more successful then I think he is less inclined to stay.
From what I have seen at the stadium and the product I am seeing on the field my instinct is such investments are happening as we speak and I am actually comfortable in believing those investments will increase with the increased revenues on the horizon.
I am more convinced that BYU wants to win in football than I have been for sometime.
