I agree, but it also shows either or both of the following about Utah...
a) They are terrible at identifying QB talent, and just mail it in by looking at recruiting stars or that they came from a "P5 program" (Brewer, Tuttle over Wilson?)
b) They are terrible at developing QB's and helping them be the best they can be in that offense

Charlie was not a good QB no matter how many times Utah tried to prop him up. This honestly says more about him
