SingleStrapBackpack Intervention Needed

Not a big deal for students that can walk from the stadium to their apartment in 15 minutes, but a whole lot harder for families that have to walk to a car, sit not moving much for 30 minutes, and then have an hour drive to SL Co or Davis Co.
