Since the format change proposal was unveiled, in June, the expansion working group has been collecting input from all stakeholders - schools, conferences, TV executives, bowls, ADs, and presidents.

The original plan was for the results to be relayed to the Board of Managers to analyze the findings, on September 28, and perhaps even vote on the proposal.

Over the summer, opposition has grown to both the format and the proposed date if implementation. Reports began surfacing that the BOM would not vote on the 28th.

The results of those findings are to be announced, today. The differences appear to be so pronounced that if a vote was held, the required unanimity would not be reached. If that is indeed the case, holding the meeting would be a waste of time.
