I don’t think they’ve improved significantly.

Edit: I watched highlights of two of their games. Their offense is explosive and has several big-play players. Thompkins, their receiver, looks like he could be one of the better receivers in the country. Their quarterback makes good decisions, can throw well under pressure, and is a home-run threat. They have one linebacker, Rice, that looks really good and averages 1 pick per game. Utah's achille's heal is their defense. It is very porous and vulnerable. I think the game could be a shootout and won't be an easy win.
