If we are still struggling getting labor then why isn't this a supply and demand solution. Even pay more or automate...I just keep hearing it's the labor markets fault but when do corps take ownership as well?

Or is the whining the opportunity to tell share holders it's not our fault we either have lower metrics or raised compensation for employees.
