My guess is some of the bigger complexes closest to BYU will still get the BYU contract but all their residents will

now have to be BYU students. That may force them to clean up their units a bit. My kids never cared or could afford the swankiest places but wanted clean functional apartments at a reasonable price. I went to look w/ them enough times to know that was much harder to find than it should be. Also having all roommates be BYU students was very rare.

That rule was implemented about 15 years ago IIRC. Only allowed "BYU-approved"
