Week 1 - (against a weak Zona defense) excuse is it was hard to prepare for what they would do, plus we were breaking in a new OC and QB

Week 2 - emotional game against Utah, we can excuse only 3 pts off of two turnovers in plus territory because Utah’s defense is good (we’ll see on that one. They should have been able to complete shut down the extremely 1 dimensional SDSU offense, and they didn’t)

Week 3 - the ASU defense has speed and they’re all seniors.



It could be that all of those are legitimate excuses and the offense is about to show what it’s capable of tomorrow. If they do, great. If we have more excuses after the game that USF has Florida athletes and speed, it might be time to accept that the offense, while doing some things well, isn’t firing on all cylinders.
