Very few if any coaching job offers as much security as BYU.

Almost every school in the country would fire their coach after 2 losing seasons. I would bet Kalani would likely just be getting on the hot seat. The church has zero interest in paying a coach who isn't coaching. Only way a coach is being let go at BYU is HC issues or contract is done and they are horrendous.
