BYUMizzou clearly proved, there is no "news" here. It is merely the spreading of rumors based on the loosest of speculation by some unknown source who has some type of tie to the Pac-12.
What a lot of guys aren't getting on this is the fact that USC is one of the premier college football names. Yes, their program has been down. It doesn't matter. Historically, it is one of the blue bloods of college football. That being said, no one who knows and understands college football who is of sound mind would consider Kalani as a serious or top candidate. I love Kalani and I like the direction of the program, but he really has not proved much on a big stage yet. Until he does so, I really wouldn't worry about him being picked off by one of the blue bloods of college football.
